Kelly Clarkson

KellyKelly Clarkson, in full Kelly Brianne Clarkson, (born April 24, 1982, Fort Worth, Texas, U.S.), American performer, songwriter and TV personality who emerged as a pop-rock superstar after her win in the TV talent competition American Idol at the age of 22 in. Clarkson was born within Burleson Texas (a town located just outside within Fort Worth), where her talent for singing was initially noticed by her seventh grade class teacher. Following graduation, Clarkson was transferred to Los Angeles, where she attempted unsuccessfully to get into the show business. Returning in Texas in 2002, she took part in the American Idol, a show broadcast by the Fox Broadcasting Co. American Idol. This singing competition let viewers select their favourite performer. Clarkson's charisma, voice, and sense of humor instantly drew the attention by viewers. Clarkson was awarded $1 million and an agreement recording together with RCA to be her reward.
