Sofia and Ann

Sofia Pernas was born in Morocco and moved to California in the age of five. She was raised mainly living in Orange County. In the year 2015, she graduated from University of California San Diego and received her first big break in acting. Pernas was a popular actress who made minor appearances on NCIS and Leverage prior to landing the role in the role of Marisa on The Young and the Restless, was a familiar face on the soap show. Following her departure from the soap-opera she was offered a job as Catalina on Jane the Virgin. The actress who is multi-lingual has appeared in The Brave, The Green Ghost, and Secret Society of Second Born Royals. From 2019 through 2020, she was Lexi Vaziri in Blood & Treasure. Us Weekly revealed in May of 2020 that Pernas has been dating Justin Hartley, her The Young and the Restless co-star. This romance began after Chrishell Stause and the This Is Us actress split in November 2018. News broke in April 2021, that Pernas and Hartley have recently got married at a secret wedding.
